Several customers have called us with the issue that their 3Dconnexion mouse no longer locks them into the plane when sketching or when inside of profiles. This problem is known within the latest driver release (10.4.10) from 3Dconnexion.
3Dconnexion has stated that the next driver release (tba) will include a setting to allow each user to specify if rotation should be allowed when sketching and editing profiles. The only immediate fix is to roll back the driver version to 10.4.3 which is available at https://www.3dconnexion.com/service/archived-drivers.html. Once the newest driver is released we will post a link to download.
