Abstract
Building a simplified sponsored asset management application by digitizing complex business operations. CPF operates vertically integrated agro-industrial and food operations, providing high-quality products in terms of nutritional content, taste, safety, and traceability. Following Mendix acceptance, CPF turned to TBN for Mendix training and introduced Agile software development processes. TBN served as scrum master and collaborated with CPF IT personnel on the first project.
