Impressed by this impactful mission, the PROLIM employees were touched to experience such an amazingly systematic and selfless endeavour to serve the underprivileged children.Initially believing this to be a small operation, we were amazed to see such a large operation serving almost 1.8 lakh children every day.A volunteer from Akshaya Patra gave us a warm welcome at the reception, where we were given introductions and instructions about Akshaya Patra. We were requested to wear the special footwear and head caps before entering the kitchen. This made us understand that there is absolutely no compromise on the quality of food being given to the children.
