Steve’s work as an IT developer has always been very exhausting. Everybody in his company wanted something from him and “for yesterday”. His colleagues within the business, like the engineers and manufacturers, couldn’t understand that developing in a traditional way is a slow process that doesn’t offer much margin for personalization, innovation or adaptability, especially if they wanted a solution fast.
As a result, the solitude work as a developer and the time pressure were barriers that complicated Steve’s work.
