NX CAM Turning Manufacturing Techniques
NX CAM Turning Manufacturing Techniques Process is the core turning class designed to convey concepts, functionality, and application of the turning module. The turning Manufacturing Techniques Process is taught from the perspective of an NC/CNC programming session and emphasizes programming concepts and techniques which take advantage of the latest developments in turning equipment and technology.

Attendee must cancel 10 business days prior to the class start date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests that are received 5-10 business days prior to the class start date will result in a credit towards a future scheduled training within 12 months of the original course. Cancellations made 4 or less business days prior to the training start date or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the course fee or an additional fee of $250 will be charged to attend a future training class within 12 months of original training.
Students registered for classes that have 2 or fewer attendees may be required to join the next scheduled class. Students will be notified of this situation a few days in advance.
Rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only. If you do not attend within 12 months of the original training date, the entire course fee will be forfeited.

After his time in the field, Keith returned to Clover Park Technical College to give back to the community by serving as an instructor for the Manufacturing Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering programs. His areas of instruction included a range of software tools, such as Siemens NX, Catia, Fusion 360, Mastercam, and Solidworks for CAD/CAM design, as well as robotics applications such as Fanuc, TM, KUKA, and UR. Keith also provided instruction on automation technologies, with particular expertise in Siemens PLCs and TIA portal, and was certified as a Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program (SMSCP) Instructor.
Recently, Keith made a move to the Cincinnati area and began working as an NX CAM applications engineer for Prolim in January 2023. His vast experience and skills have made him an asset to the team, and he continues to be an active contributor to the field of engineering.

After a distinguished 20-year worldwide military career, Keith retired and pursued his passion for engineering. He enrolled in Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA, where he underwent hands-on training and instructor-led courses in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering. After earning his degrees, Keith worked for a machine tool distributor in the dynamic manufacturing environment of the Pacific Northwest for two years. He applied his skills by installing and servicing Makino, Index-Traub, Chevalier, and YCM machine tools and flexible manufacturing systems/cells, providing hands-on expertise to his clients.
