What core values we should live by

What differentiates the most successful companies?  Is it their core values or amazing growth opportunities or excellent community and a creative atmosphere?

Company culture is something that has to be a part of the company’s DNA. It is the “vision, values, and assumptions,” that the company needs to build and nurture.

Embedding a robust culture helps create a healthy workplace. It’s important for companies to build a working environment that is open to change and improvement and promotes transparency and employee freedom. If an employee is happy it will result in increased productivity, which in turn will reflect on the bottom-line.
